For the Filling:
2 cooked chicken breasts (shredded or sliced thin)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil (for sautéing)

1/2 cup mayonnaise (optional, for added creaminess)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 large French baguette or Italian loaf

Instructions
Prepare the Garlic Butter:
In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, chili flakes, and salt. Set aside.Cook the Chicken:
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sauté in olive oil over medium heat until golden and cooked through. Shred or thinly slice the chicken.Prepare the Bread:
Slice the baguette in half lengthwise. Spread garlic butter generously on both inner sides of the bread.Assemble the Sandwich:
Layer the chicken evenly over the bottom half. Spread mayonnaise if using. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar generously on top.Toast It:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place sandwich (open-faced) on a baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese melts. Broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden top.Garnish and Serve:
