Instructions

  • Prepare the Salmon:

    • Cut the fresh salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 inches each. Ensure the pieces are uniform to cook evenly.

  • Prepare the Breading:

    • In one bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.

    • In another bowl, beat the egg. If you want extra crispiness, you can add a little flour to the breadcrumb mixture.

  • Coat the Salmon Bites:

    • Dip each piece of salmon into the egg wash, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture until it’s fully coated.
