Instructions

    • Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper to taste.

    • In a shallow bowl, beat the 2 large eggs until well combined.
    • In another shallow bowl, mix together the grated parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and any optional seasonings (like Italian seasoning or paprika).
  4. Coat the Chicken:
    • Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated. Allow any excess egg to drip off.
    • Next, coat the chicken in the parmesan and breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Ensure each piece is evenly coated for optimal crispiness.
  5. Prepare the Air Fryer Basket:
    • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking.
    • Place the coated chicken breasts in the basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
