- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (drained)
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: If you prefer a baked version, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth.
- Add Crab and Vegetables: Gently fold in the crab meat, chopped green onions, diced jalapeños, and any optional add-ins like diced tomatoes or black beans.
- Season the Mixture: Add cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
- Transfer to Baking Dish: If baking, pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake (if desired): Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top. If serving cold, skip this step.
- Serve: Enjoy warm with tortilla chips, sliced veggies, or pita bread. Garnish with extra green onions and diced avocado if desired.
