Base Layer
  • 1 package chocolate chip cookie dough (17.5 ounce) This will be the cozy base layer that starts it all!
Middle Layer
  • 1 package Oreo cookies (14.3 ounce) Because, come on, Oreos make everything better.
Top Layer
  • 1 package brownie mix (18.3 ounce) Pick your favorite brand — they all work great!
  • 1 as needed water, oil, and eggs (as per brownie mix instructions) Ingredients called for on the brownie mix package.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. Press the chocolate chip cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Arrange a single layer of Oreo cookies directly on top of the cookie dough.
  5. Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions.
  6. Pour the brownie batter evenly over the Oreo cookies.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs attached.
  2. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting and serving.

Notes

You can use store-bought cookie dough for a shortcut. For a variation, add a swirl of peanut butter or caramel sauce before baking.
