Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Scrub and cut the russet potatoes into evenly sized fries, keeping the skin on for extra crunch.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Baking
  1. Arrange the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 25-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
Topping
  1. In a separate small bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, finely chopped parsley, and minced garlic.
  2. Once the fries are out of the oven, sprinkle the Parmesan mixture generously over them and toss gently to coat.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately while they’re still warm and crispy.

Notes
