Preparation

- Scrub and cut the russet potatoes into evenly sized fries, keeping the skin on for extra crunch.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Baking
- Arrange the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
Topping
- In a separate small bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, finely chopped parsley, and minced garlic.
- Once the fries are out of the oven, sprinkle the Parmesan mixture generously over them and toss gently to coat.
Serving
- Serve immediately while they’re still warm and crispy.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding chili flakes or fresh herbs. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
