- In a mixing bowl, pour the banana pudding mix and add the milk. Whisk briskly until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth.
- Spoon half of the pudding into your serving dish, smoothing it gently.
- Arrange half of the sliced bananas over the pudding.
- Dollop half of the whipped cream over the bananas and spread lightly.
- Repeat with the remaining pudding, bananas, and whipped cream. Press down gently to settle everything evenly.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top if desired, then chill for at least 2 hours.
Notes
For extra creaminess, choose cold milk and chill your serving dish beforehand. Slice the bananas right before layering to prevent browning. If the pudding is too thin, chill it for 10-15 minutes to firm up.
