  • 1 cup milk (any type) Can use cow’s, almond, oat, etc.
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt For creaminess and a bit of tartness.
  • 3-4 cubes ice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Optional, for flavor.
Optional Add-ins
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter For richness.
  • 1 pinch cinnamon For extra flavor.
  • 1 cup frozen banana slices For a thicker smoothie.
  • 1/2 cup strawberries For a fruity twist.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add the ripe banana to your blender.
  2. Pour in about one cup of your chosen milk.
  3. Spoon in a large scoop of Greek yogurt.
  4. Add a splash of vanilla extract if desired.
  5. Toss in 3-4 ice cubes.
  6. Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
  7. If a thicker consistency is desired, add frozen banana slices and blend again.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

You can freeze banana slices ahead of time for quicker smoothie prep. This smoothie is versatile; feel free to experiment with flavors and add-ins like spinach or chocolate chips.
