Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Halve each jalapeño lengthwise and scoop out the seeds until the ridges feel smooth.
- Press a cube of brie into each jalapeño half.
- Spoon a generous teaspoon of berry jam over each brie-filled jalapeño.
- Drizzle a little honey over the jam if desired.
Baking
- Arrange the poppers on a baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes until the brie bubbles and jalapeños soften.
- For a crisp finish, broil for an additional 1–2 minutes, watching closely until golden spots appear.
Serving
- Garnish with crushed pistachios, a pinch of flaky salt, lemon zest, or thyme, and serve warm.
