Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough onto the prepared baking sheet, separating it into 8 triangles.
- In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Gently fold in the blueberries until evenly distributed.
- Spoon approximately 1/4 cup of the filling onto each crescent triangle and roll them up from the wider end, tucking in the edges.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, cold butter, and sugar for the streusel topping, mixing until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the filled crescent rolls.
Baking
- Place the rolls in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and the filling is set.
Notes
Bring ingredients to room temperature for a better blend. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to maintain texture.
