  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, sift together the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  4. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  5. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  6. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
  8. Allow the brownies to cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
