- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow the brownies to cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
