Dough and Topping
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough So easy and fluffy!

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the chopped apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the apples soften.
  3. Peel off each biscuit and flatten them in your hand to create a little cup.
  4. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture and a piece of caramel candy in the center of each dough round. Fold the dough over to seal the filling inside.
  5. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freeze wrapped for up to a month! Reheat in a warm oven for 10 minutes. Try crumbling over yogurt or oatmeal for breakfast!
