Ingredients
  

Pasta and Meat
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta Cooked al dente.
  • 1 lb ground beef Browned and drained.
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh for extra flavor.
Sauce and Cheese
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese For topping.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For topping.
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
Making the Sauce
  1. Stir in marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Combine cooked pasta with the beef mixture and mix well.
Baking
  1. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  3. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve hot from the oven with garnishes and sides like garlic bread. Reheats well for leftovers.
