Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
Making the Sauce
- Stir in marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Combine cooked pasta with the beef mixture and mix well.
Baking
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve hot from the oven with garnishes and sides like garlic bread. Reheats well for leftovers.
