Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Cream them together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, stirring in the vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into your creamed mixture.
  6. Stir in the dried cranberries, chopped nuts, orange zest, and orange juice.
Baking
  1. Using a rounded tablespoon, drop dollops of the cookie dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  2. Bake them for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are golden.
  3. Let them cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.

Notes
