Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling.
Assembly
- On a sheet of parchment paper, spread half of the dough out.
- Sprinkle generously with the filling, then roll it up tightly.
- Slice into rounds and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
You can make the dough ahead of time and refrigerate it for up to 3 days. If the dough feels too sticky, chill it in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Try adding chopped nuts or chocolate chips for variety.
