- Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
- Remove the pan from heat and gently fold in the mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, and graham cracker crumbs.
Setting
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Refrigerate until fully set, about 2 hours.
Serving
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
For a time-saving trick, melt chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in the microwave in short intervals. If the fudge seems too soft after chilling, refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes. Try adding peppermint extract for a festive twist, or substitute half of the chocolate with peanut butter for a different flavor.
