Ingredients

Fudge Base
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips Choose high-quality chips for the best flavor.
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk This gives the fudge its rich, creamy texture.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract A hint of vanilla elevates the chocolate flavor.
Mix-ins
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows These little pillows of sweetness add a fun, chewy texture.
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (such as walnuts or almonds) Nuts bring a delightful crunch and nutty flavor.
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs This is what makes your fudge a true Rocky Road treat!

Method

Preparation
  1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove the pan from heat and gently fold in the mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, and graham cracker crumbs.
Setting
  1. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  2. Refrigerate until fully set, about 2 hours.
Serving
  1. Once set, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For a time-saving trick, melt chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in the microwave in short intervals. If the fudge seems too soft after chilling, refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes. Try adding peppermint extract for a festive twist, or substitute half of the chocolate with peanut butter for a different flavor.
