Ingredients
  

Sandwich Filling
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Soften at room temp for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella Optional but adds great flavor.
  • 1/2 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled Thick-cut gives better crunch.
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Fresh garlic gives it an extra flavor boost.
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
Buns
  • 4 pieces brioche buns or sandwich rolls Lightly butter and toast for the best texture.
Optional Toppings
  • lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, jalapeƱos Choose according to preference.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Stir in the shredded chicken, cheddar, mozzarella, and crumbled bacon until well mixed.
Cooking
  1. Warm the mixture in a skillet over low heat until creamy and the cheese melts, stirring often.
  2. Lightly toast the buns in another pan or under the broiler for a minute.
Assembly
  1. Pile the hot chicken mixture onto each bun and add any desired toppings.
  2. Serve immediately while warm and melted.

Notes

You can make the filling a day ahead and reheat when ready to serve. For leftovers, store the filling in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Reheat gently.
