Flavor Additions
  • 0.5 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill Provides a fresh, aromatic flavor.
  • 50 g chopped pickles Gherkins or cornichons work best.
  • 1 sliced spring onion Finely sliced for even distribution.
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice Adjust to taste for tanginess.
Seasonings
  • 0.25 teaspoons onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons dried parsley

Method
 

Mix the Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
Add Flavor
  1. Stir in chopped dill, chopped pickles, and sliced spring onion.
Season It
  1. Pour in pickle juice and sprinkle with onion powder, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Blend Well
  1. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined. Adjust seasoning if desired.
