- In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard, mixing until smooth.
- Gently break the imitation crab into bite-sized chunks and fold them into the creamy mixture.
- Add diced celery, minced onion, and corn to the bowl and stir gently.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, adjusting as necessary.
- If using, fold in fresh dill for an aromatic finish.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Serving
- Serve cold over crisp lettuce leaves, in sandwiches, or alongside favorite crackers.
