Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, rubbing it in to ensure the spices sit on the surface.
- Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned chicken in the basket and cook for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and juices run clear.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then shred or thinly slice it.
Assembly
- Lay the wraps flat and layer with mozzarella, shredded chicken, and any additional toppings.
- Roll tightly so the filling holds.
- Spray the outside of each wrap lightly and return to the air fryer for 5 minutes to crisp the edges.
- Remove, slice on the diagonal, and serve hot.
Notes
Fridge: Store airtight up to 3 days. Freezer: Wrap individually; freeze up to 1 month. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 3–5 minutes. Leftover idea: Turn shredded leftovers into a quick chicken bowl.
