Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Fresh garlic = bigger flavor.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Try low-moisture mozzarella for less sogginess.
  • 4 pieces whole wheat wraps Warm wraps slightly for easier rolling.
Spices & Others
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray
  • Optional: Lettuce, tomatoes, and other preferred toppings

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, rubbing it in to ensure the spices sit on the surface.
  3. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned chicken in the basket and cook for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and juices run clear.
  2. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then shred or thinly slice it.
Assembly
  1. Lay the wraps flat and layer with mozzarella, shredded chicken, and any additional toppings.
  2. Roll tightly so the filling holds.
  3. Spray the outside of each wrap lightly and return to the air fryer for 5 minutes to crisp the edges.
  4. Remove, slice on the diagonal, and serve hot.

Notes

Fridge: Store airtight up to 3 days. Freezer: Wrap individually; freeze up to 1 month. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 3–5 minutes. Leftover idea: Turn shredded leftovers into a quick chicken bowl.
