  • 6 oz Stuffing mix Seasoned stuffing gives the best flavor.
  • 12 oz Frozen green beans No need to thaw before adding.
  • 1 cup Water Ensures stuffing cooks properly.
  • 1 cup Water Remaining water for cooking.

Method

Preparation
  1. Place the salted and peppered chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, stuffing mix, and half of the water until just blended.
  3. Pour the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  4. Incorporate the frozen green beans and the remaining water into the crockpot, ensuring even distribution.

Notes

Pro Tips: Don’t overcrowd the pot, stir periodically, and use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
