  • 1 cup sour cream gives tang and silkiness.
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided) use sharp for more punch.
  • 2 cups crushed corn chips or Doritos for that irresistible crunch.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese until creamy and smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish, pressing gently to level the top.
  4. Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese and the crushed corn chips, patting the chips lightly to adhere.

Notes
