Assembly
- Dip each strawberry into the pistachio spread, ensuring they are well-coated.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip the pistachio-coated strawberries into the melted dark chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
- While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle shredded coconut over the top.
- Let the dipped strawberries set on a parchment-lined baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes.
