Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.
Mix the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, chopped onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Gently mix with your hands or a spatula until well combined. Don’t overmix! Overworking the meat can make it dense and tough.
Shape and Glaze
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet or loaf pan.
Shape it into a loaf shape without pressing too hard.
In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard.
Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake the Meatloaf
Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
📌 Pro Tip: Use a meat thermometer to ensure it’s cooked perfectly without drying out!
