Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened Use full-fat for that extra creaminess!
  • 2 cups whipped topping, plus more for serving Lighten it up with low-fat options if you prefer.
  • 1 pint strawberries, diced Freshly sliced strawberries add the perfect tartness.
  • 2 large bananas, chopped and diced Make sure they’re ripe to bring out their natural sweetness.
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple, drained Look for canned options or fresh if you’re feeling adventurous.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the diced strawberries. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
  2. Gently fold in the drained crushed pineapple and the chopped bananas, being careful to keep the fruits intact.
  3. Add the whipped topping and fold gently until the mixture looks light and fluffy.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in a 9x13 baking pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
  5. Place it in the freezer for several hours or overnight until firm.
Serving
  1. Let the Frozen Fruit Salad sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before slicing.
  2. Dip a sharp knife into hot water for clean cuts. Plate and add a dollop of whipped topping for serving.

Notes

Make it the night before for best flavor. If the mixture is too thin, add more whipped topping to thicken it up. Consider swapping bananas for mango or seasonal berries.
