Method

Preparation of Filling
  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until it’s light and fluffy for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until it’s smooth and lump-free.
Whipping Cream
  1. In a separate chilled bowl, whip the very cold heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
  2. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Preparing the Fruits
  1. Slice the strawberries, chop the green apples into bite-sized chunks, and halve the grapes.
  2. Drain the pineapple well and slice the bananas right before assembly.
Assembling the Dessert
  1. Spread half of the mixed fruit evenly across the bottom of a clear serving dish.
  2. Spoon half of the cheesecake filling over the fruits, then repeat with the remaining fruit and cheesecake filling.
  3. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top layer and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs around the edges.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

This dessert is flexible! Pre-slice your fruits and prepare the filling hours ahead of time. If the whipped cream isn't reaching stiff peaks, ensure your cream is very cold. For a unique twist, try adding almond extract instead of vanilla.
