Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper, then drain any excess fat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface, and cut it into 3-inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of cooked ground beef and a little shredded cheese onto each square.
- Drizzle each mound with a bit of garlic butter, fold the dough over, and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
- Place the bombs seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with additional garlic butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For a quicker assembly, brown the beef and mix with cheese ahead of time. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
