  • 1 cup Low Fat Milk Almond milk can be used for a nutty flavor.
  • 3/4 cup Low Fat Yogurt Greek yogurt added for protein.
  • 1/4 cup Muesli Use a fruit and nut variety.
  • 2 medium Bananas, sliced and frozen Opt for ripe bananas for sweetness.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon Adds warmth and flavor.
  • 2 teaspoons Pure Maple Syrup or Honey Maple syrup enhances sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Rounds out the flavors.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a high-speed blender, combine 1 cup low fat milk, 3/4 cup yogurt, and 2 sliced frozen bananas.
  2. Add 1/4 cup muesli to the mixture.
  3. Drizzle in 2 teaspoons of pure maple syrup or honey and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  4. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon over the top.
  5. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
  6. Divide the smoothie into serving glasses and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For best results, use frozen bananas and ensure all ingredients are prepped ahead of time for quick blending. Adjust sweetness to taste after blending.
