  • 1 frozen banana Keep bananas frozen for a creamy texture.
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free vanilla yogurt Ensure it's plant-based for a vegan version.
  • 1/2 cup plant milk Almond, oat, or coconut milk works well.
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice Adjust based on taste preference.
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup Optional for added sweetness.
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Handful ice cubes For a cold smoothie.

Preparation
  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender, including the ice cubes.
  2. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste your smoothie and adjust the sweetness or spice as needed; blend again if necessary.

Notes

This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 1-2 days, may separate. Shake or stir before drinking. Freezing is also an option; pour into an ice cube tray or freezer-safe container.
