Cooking Steps
- Heat a cozy pot over medium-high heat. Toss in the ground beef and chopped onions.
- Cook for about 7-10 minutes, breaking the meat up as it browns.
- Stir in the tomato paste, garlic powder, and chili powder.
- Pour in the beef broth and crank up the heat to high.
- Once it starts to bubble, add the uncooked macaroni.
- Reduce the heat to a rapid simmer and cook uncovered for 13-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the pasta is tender and the liquid has mostly absorbed, remove from heat and stir in the grated cheese.
- Let it sit for a couple of minutes before serving.
