Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 box Brownie Mix
  • 11 oz Hot Fudge Sauce Use jarred for deep flavor.
  • 3 large Eggs Room temperature for smoother mixing.
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
Equipment
  • 1 pan Bread loaf pan Grease well to avoid sticking.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan well.
  2. In a medium bowl, add the brownie mix, hot fudge sauce, eggs, and vegetable oil.
  3. Whisk or beat until the batter is smooth and glossy.
  4. Scrape the batter into the greased loaf pan, filling it about 3/4 full.
Baking
  1. Place the pan on the middle rack and bake for about 45 minutes.
  2. Check for edges that are set and a shiny, slightly cracked top.
  3. Check doneness with a toothpick; it should come out with a few moist crumbs.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool completely in the pan.
  5. Cool fully before unmolding or the loaf may stick.

Notes

For a slightly gooey center, take it out a few minutes earlier. For a firmer loaf, leave it the full time. Use a hand mixer for quicker mixing and consider adding nuts or extra hot fudge before baking.
