For the Mocktail
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.
  • 2 pieces lemon rounds For garnish.
  • 1 teaspoon honey Optional, adjust to sweetness preference.
  • 6-8 leaves fresh mint leaves Use fresh for optimal flavor.
  • 0.5 cup coconut water Opt for pure coconut water without added sugars.
  • 0.5 cup soda water For fizz.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by muddling the lemon juice, mint leaves, and honey (if you’re using it) in a clean glass to release the flavors.
  2. Fill the glass with plenty of ice to chill the drink perfectly.
  3. Pour in the coconut water and soda water, then stir gently to combine.
  4. Garnish with the lemon rounds and a sprig of mint for a refreshing touch. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, though mint may lose some freshness.
