Preparation
- Preheat the oven according to the pizza crust instructions.
- Melt the butter in a medium pot over low heat; add the cooked macaroni and stir to coat.
- Add cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, and milk; stir constantly until the cheeses melt and sauce thickens slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the macaroni and cheese evenly over the pre-made crust.
Baking
- Bake according to the crust package directions, until cheese bubbles and edges are golden brown.
- Let rest for a few minutes, then add any optional toppings.
Notes
Don’t overload the crust; if saucy, par-bake crust for 4-5 minutes first to prevent sogginess. For more flavor, try adding a pinch of smoked paprika or chopped chives.
