  • 1 cup Light Coconut Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Matcha Green Tea Powder Use high-quality matcha for best flavor.
  • 2 large handfuls Baby Spinach Can mix in other greens.
  • 1 large Mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 frozen Bananas Use for creaminess and sweetness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pour the light coconut milk into your blender jug.
  2. Add the matcha green tea powder followed by the baby spinach. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  3. Toss in the mango and the frozen bananas. Blend again until the smoothie is luxuriously creamy and well combined.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 24 hours for optimal freshness. Smoothies may separate; stir before drinking. For a thicker smoothie bowl, top with seeds, nuts, or granola.
