Ingredients

For the fudge
  • 1.5 cups milk chocolate chips the creamy richness just can't be beat
  • 1.5 cups white chocolate chips for that sweet, smooth contrast
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk makes it decadently creamy
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract the green goodness!
  • green food coloring for that fun, festive flair

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by lining an 8×8 pan with foil, letting the edges hang over.
  2. Melt the milk and white chocolate chips separately in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Add half of the sweetened condensed milk to each bowl of melted chocolate.
  4. To the melted milk chocolate bowl, add the mint extract. In the other bowl, add a few drops of green food coloring.
Assembling and Chilling
  1. Scoop spoonfuls of the two fudge mixtures into the prepared pan, alternating between the chocolate and mint.
  2. Gently rock the pan to level it out and swirl it with a butter knife to create a marbled effect.
  3. Chill the fudge in the fridge overnight.
Serving
  1. Lift the fudge out using the foil, trim rough edges, and cut into 36 bite-sized pieces.

Notes

For a quicker melt, use a double boiler instead of the microwave. If your fudge doesn't set, refrigerate it longer. Consider swapping mint for orange zest for a different flavor!
