Ingredients
Method
Preparation
- Start by lining an 8×8 pan with foil, letting the edges hang over.
- Melt the milk and white chocolate chips separately in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Add half of the sweetened condensed milk to each bowl of melted chocolate.
- To the melted milk chocolate bowl, add the mint extract. In the other bowl, add a few drops of green food coloring.
Assembling and Chilling
- Scoop spoonfuls of the two fudge mixtures into the prepared pan, alternating between the chocolate and mint.
- Gently rock the pan to level it out and swirl it with a butter knife to create a marbled effect.
- Chill the fudge in the fridge overnight.
Serving
- Lift the fudge out using the foil, trim rough edges, and cut into 36 bite-sized pieces.
Notes
For a quicker melt, use a double boiler instead of the microwave. If your fudge doesn't set, refrigerate it longer. Consider swapping mint for orange zest for a different flavor!
