- Begin by melting your dark chocolate in a double boiler, or in the microwave, heating slowly and stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
Mixing
- Once your chocolate is melted, stir in your chopped mixed nuts and any optional toppings you choose.
Spreading
- Pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle sea salt generously on top.
Chilling
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let it chill for about 30 minutes, or until firm.
Serving
- Once set, break the chocolate bark into pieces and enjoy.
Notes
You can melt the chocolate while prepping your nuts and toppings. If the chocolate seizes, add a teaspoon of coconut oil or vegetable oil and stir to smooth it out.
