Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 200 g dark chocolate Go for quality — it makes all the difference.
  • 100 g mixed nuts Almonds, walnuts, pistachios — I love the crunch!
  • to taste sea salt A sprinkle elevates the flavors wonderfully.
  • optional: dried fruit For a hint of sweetness (raisins, cranberries).

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Melting Chocolate
  1. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, stirring gently.
Mixing
  1. Once melted, remove from heat and add mixed nuts and optional dried fruit.
Spreading
  1. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking tray and spread evenly.
Seasoning
  1. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
Chilling
  1. Chill in the fridge for about 1-2 hours to firm up.
Serving
  1. Once set, break into pieces and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks. Try adding a pinch of cinnamon or a dash of vanilla extract for an aromatic twist.
