Preparation
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Melting Chocolate
- Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, stirring gently.
Mixing
- Once melted, remove from heat and add mixed nuts and optional dried fruit.
Spreading
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking tray and spread evenly.
Seasoning
- Sprinkle sea salt on top.
Chilling
- Chill in the fridge for about 1-2 hours to firm up.
Serving
- Once set, break into pieces and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks. Try adding a pinch of cinnamon or a dash of vanilla extract for an aromatic twist.
