Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Fry the wonton wrappers in hot oil until they turn crispy and golden brown.
  3. Drain the wonton chips on paper towels.
  4. Layer the fried wonton chips in a baking dish, covering the bottom completely.
  5. Add pepperoni slices on top, followed by crumbled Italian sausage and pepperoncini.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and pepper jack cheese over everything.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese bubbles and turns golden.
  2. Serve hot with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
