- Start by adding the ice cubes, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, orange juice, and vanilla extract to your blender.
- Next, toss in the orange zest, segmented orange, and ground flaxseed.
- Finally, add your choice of honey, maple syrup, or agave to sweeten it up. Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth consistency, about 60 to 90 seconds.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen fruit or use less liquid. To thin it out, add a splash of water or more orange juice. Experiment with sweetness to suit your taste.
