Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the chopped pecans, corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and egg until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough, separating it into triangles.
  4. At the wide end of each triangle, place about a tablespoon of the pecan mixture and roll up, tucking in the edges.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the rolled crescents on it.
Baking
  1. Bake the crescents in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Tip: You can prepare the pecan filling a day ahead and keep it in the fridge for convenience. For a creative twist, consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or chocolate chips to the filling.
