Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the chopped pecans, corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and egg until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough, separating it into triangles.
- At the wide end of each triangle, place about a tablespoon of the pecan mixture and roll up, tucking in the edges.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the rolled crescents on it.
Baking
- Bake the crescents in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Tip: You can prepare the pecan filling a day ahead and keep it in the fridge for convenience. For a creative twist, consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or chocolate chips to the filling.
