Shaping the Patties
- Take a handful of the mixture and shape it into patties, about the size of a hockey puck.
Frying
- Heat a generous splash of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Once the oil shimmers, place the patties gently into the pan and fry each side for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
- Serve these Quick Salmon Patties warm.
Notes
You can mix the salmon mixture a day ahead and keep it in the fridge. If the mixture feels too wet to hold together, add a bit more bread crumbs. Add a teaspoon of dill or a dash of hot sauce for extra flavor.
