- In a skillet over medium heat, add your ground sausage and brown it until it's nice and brown. Drain any excess fat.

- In a large bowl, combine the eggs, shredded Cheddar cheese, and Bisquick mix. Whisk until smooth.
- Gently fold in the cooked sausage into the egg and cheese mixture.
- Grease a muffin pan with non-stick spray or butter and fill each cup about three-quarters full with the sausage mixture.
Baking
- Place the muffin pan in the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
