Ingredients
  

For the Potatoes
  • 5-6 large Yukon Gold potatoes, diced Perfectly creamy and fluffy in texture
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For potatoes

For the Green Beans
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, ends trimmed Bright, crunchy, and oh-so-fresh
  • 1/4 tsp Slap Ya Mama For green beans
  • 1/4 tsp pepper For green beans
  • 1/4 tsp salt For green beans
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For green beans
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic gives it that extra flavor boost
  • 1/4 cup water For green beans
For the Sausage
  • 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced into 1/4 inch slices Smoky and satisfying
  • 1/4 cup water For sausage

Method
 

Preparation of Potatoes
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil until it shimmers, then add diced Yukon Gold potatoes.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, and Slap Ya Mama, stirring until tender and crispy.
  3. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over potatoes and stir to coat.
Preparation of Green Beans
  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil and add trimmed green beans.
  2. Toss with salt, pepper, and Slap Ya Mama, then cook until vibrant green for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add water, cover, and steam for an additional 2-3 minutes until tender.
Preparation of Sausage
  1. In another frying pan, cook sliced smoked sausage with water over medium-high heat until browned.
  2. Drain any excess grease and set aside.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Fold the cooked potatoes and sausage into the pot with the green beans.
  2. Stir well to let flavors meld together and serve warm.

Notes

Chop potatoes ahead and soak in water to prevent browning. For quick cooking, cover potatoes to steam. A drizzle of balsamic glaze can add a tangy twist before serving.
