Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Add the French Vanilla pudding mix and milk to the mixture, stirring until you achieve a creamy texture.
Layering
- In a large serving dish, start with a layer of vanilla wafers.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas and strawberries on top of the wafers.
- Drizzle half of the creamy pudding mixture over the fruit layer, spreading it gently.
- Repeat the layering with the remaining vanilla wafers, bananas, strawberries, and pour the remaining pudding mixture on top.
- Spread the whipped topping over the final layer.
Chilling
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
To save time, slice bananas and strawberries the day before, tossing bananas in lemon juice to prevent browning. Add a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor!
