- Place the frozen strawberries, milk, Greek yogurt, frozen banana, honey (or maple syrup), and lemon juice into a blender.
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk to reach your desired consistency.
- Once blended to perfection, pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with fresh strawberries on top, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Smoothies are best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 24 hours. For longer storage, freeze in portions and blend again after thawing.
