Preparation

- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt, then add to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Toss the diced strawberries with the flour and fold them gently into the batter.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Glazing
- Prepare the glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar, melted butter, diced strawberries, and extract. Add cream or milk for desired consistency.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bread.
