Preparation
- Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place it in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat the chocolate in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
Assembly
- Pour the melted chocolate onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spreading it out evenly to about 1/4-inch thick.
- Sprinkle the freeze-dried strawberries evenly over the chocolate and gently press them down.
Chilling
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 15 minutes or until the chocolate is completely hardened.
Serving
- Once solid, use a large knife to cut or break the bark into pieces.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
For variations, consider adding chopped nuts or a drizzle of melted white chocolate. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
