Fry the Eggs
- Fry the eggs to your liking, sunny-side up or over-easy.
Assemble the Bowl
- Place the Tater Tots in a bowl, top with sausage gravy, sprinkle cheese, add green onions, and finish with the fried eggs.
- Serve immediately while warm.
Notes
