Preparation
- Lay two large flour tortillas flat on the counter.
- Spread 1.5–2 tablespoons of ranch dressing down the center of each tortilla, leaving space at the edges.
- Layer about half the shredded lettuce on each tortilla and lay tomato slices over the lettuce.
- Add 3–4 slices of deli turkey to each wrap, folding slightly for height.
- Break the crispy bacon into pieces and sprinkle it over the turkey.
- Add cheddar cheese on top.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides to secure the fillings.
- Slice each wrap in half on the diagonal and serve immediately, or press in a hot skillet for 30–60 seconds for a warm, melty center.
Notes
Tip: If the wrap feels soggy, wrap it in a paper towel first, then in foil to keep it warm. Flavor twist: Add avocado or pesto for a fresh lift.
