Wrap Ingredients
  • 2 large large flour tortillas for wrapping the filling
  • 6–8 slices deli turkey thin or thick sliced, freshly cut from the deli preferred
  • 4 slices cooked bacon crispy for optimal texture
  • 1/2 cup shredded or sliced cheddar cheese sharp cheddar adds a tangy flavor
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce iceberg or romaine recommended for crunch
  • 1 tomato, sliced use a ripe tomato for best flavor
  • 3–4 tablespoons ranch dressing favorite brand or homemade for better taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lay two large flour tortillas flat on the counter.
  2. Spread 1.5–2 tablespoons of ranch dressing down the center of each tortilla, leaving space at the edges.
  3. Layer about half the shredded lettuce on each tortilla and lay tomato slices over the lettuce.
  4. Add 3–4 slices of deli turkey to each wrap, folding slightly for height.
  5. Break the crispy bacon into pieces and sprinkle it over the turkey.
  6. Add cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides to secure the fillings.
  8. Slice each wrap in half on the diagonal and serve immediately, or press in a hot skillet for 30–60 seconds for a warm, melty center.

Notes

Tip: If the wrap feels soggy, wrap it in a paper towel first, then in foil to keep it warm. Flavor twist: Add avocado or pesto for a fresh lift.
