  • 2 pieces eggs Use fresh eggs; separate yolks and whites.
  • 50 g sugar Balances the sweetness of the mousse.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Enhances flavor.
To Serve
  • 200 g strawberries Fresh, for topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth, stirring occasionally.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with a whisk until soft peaks form.
  3. Separate the eggs and whisk the egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. In another bowl, fold the melted chocolate into the egg yolks and add the vanilla extract.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream and beaten egg whites into the chocolate mixture until just combined.
Chill and Serve
  1. Pour the mousse mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  2. Top with fresh strawberries before serving.

Notes

Bring ingredients to room temperature for better incorporation. Avoid overwhipping the cream to maintain smooth texture. Use a spatula for folding ingredients.
